Foundation Work Underway for New Tertiary Treatment Building
RH White’s subcontractors initiated work by installing steel sheeting for excavation support of a new tertiary treatment building. After securing bracing, they excavated and formed the foundation’s footer, reinforced with steel. A concrete pump placed the concrete, followed by backfilling to level the site for the next construction phase.

Project Construction since April 2025
In April 2025, RH White initiated site work that included reclaiming the access road and excavating to manage existing utilities. This led to new drainage systems and rerouting of utility lines before constructing a tertiary building and sludge holding tanks. Plant shutdowns were necessary for electrical upgrades, with ongoing concrete work scheduled until December 2025.
