Milford WWTF Project Reaches New Construction Milestones

Construction of the Sludge Holding Tanks with concrete walls with rebar still exposed at top of the building strucuture

Construction at the Milford WWTF continues to make significant progress, with work advancing on several major components of the project.

The new tertiary treatment building is substantially complete, and crews are currently installing the roof. Mechanical and electrical work is also underway inside the building as crews continue installing and advancing the facility’s new process and support systems.

Construction is also underway on the building that will house the new sludge holding tanks and associated equipment. With the tank structures now complete, crews are progressing with construction of the building above the tanks.

Work has also begun on the new dewatering building. The footings have been poured, and crews will continue constructing the foundation and structural components in preparation for installation of the building frame.

With work progressing across multiple areas of the site, the project continues to move forward toward completion.
