Construction continues to move forward at the Milford Wastewater Treatment Facility. RH White and their subcontractors have made steady progress on site, despite a challenging winter season marked by heavy snowfall and prolonged cold temperatures.
Work is currently focused on the tertiary building foundation. The foundation walls and floors are underway, with completion anticipated by the end of March.
This year’s deep frost has added complexity to excavation activities. To keep the project on track, the team has deployed ground-thawing equipment, allowing crews to continue excavating for the replacement and relocation of existing utilities.
RH White and Hoyle Tanner remain committed to maintaining momentum through the winter months and advancing the project toward completion.
