In April 2025, RH White initiated site work that included reclaiming the access road and excavating to manage existing utilities. This led to new drainage systems and rerouting of utility lines before constructing a tertiary building and sludge holding tanks. Plant shutdowns were necessary for electrical upgrades, with ongoing concrete work scheduled until December 2025.
